Aircall Integration

Quil offers an integration with Aircall. By connecting your account, you allow Quil to process call automatically. Notes and other call data will be automatically linked and uploaded to your database

How to Setup

Setup for Quil's integration with Aircall is a two step process. An Aircall admin is needed for the initial connection.

Connect Company

From the Quil integration page, scroll down to the VOIP section and find Aircall. Click on the "Connect Company". 

Please note, that to connect the Aircall company to Quil requires admin permissions in Aircall and Owner permissions in Quil.

 

During the connection, you will need to select the numbers that Quil is authorized to read. This list should include any numbers that the team members use. Numbers can be added or removed after this step at any point through the Aircall integrations page.

If a number is not specified in this list, then Quil will not be able to access it's calls.

Connect Account

After connecting an Aircall company to Quil, each user will need to connect their account. This step allows Quil to route calls made by each Aircall user to specific Quil accounts. From the Quil integration page, select "Connect Account". You will be prompted to enter your Aircall email address. This email address needs to match exactly the email for your Aircall account.

For the integration to be fully connected, both the "Company" and "Account" must be connected.

Using the Integration

After connecting your Aircall account, Quil will be notified of any calls that have been recorded and will process them. Quil can only process calls that have been recorded in Aircall.

Call Processing

After a call has been received by Quil, the data will be processed, linked, and uploaded your  database records. When using the integration all database (ATS, CRM) records are linked via phone number automatically.

Disconnecting the Integration

To disconnect the Quil integration, please navigate to the Quil integrations page and scroll down to the VOIP section. There you will see Aircall with options to either disconnect the account or the company.

Disconnecting the account will remove the integration for the currently signed in user. 

Disconnecting the company will remove the integration for the entire team. Please note that only team owners have the ability to disconnect the company.
