Automatically Delete Empty or Short Meetings

Quil allows you to enable automatic deletion of empty or short meetings between 0 and 5 minutes long.

Enabling Short Meeting Deletion

To enable short meeting deletion for your Quil account you must first navigate to the Team Settings page.

Under the "General Information" section, changing "Short Meeting Duration" to a value other than "None" will inform Quil that meetings below the threshold will be marked for deletion.

If you wish to disable Short Meeting Deletion, please change the value to "None"

Effects of Short Meeting Deletion

When a meeting duration falls below the threshold set in the step above, Quil will mark it for deletion. Meeting marked for deletion will be permanently deleted after 1 hour.

Meetings that are marked for deletion will not generate notes, follow-up materials or push data to the ATS

Identifying Meetings Marked for Deletion

Meetings that are marked for deletion will be denoted by a red dot beside the name of the meeting as shown below.

Restoring Deleted Meetings

If a meeting has been marked for deletion, it will be permanently deleted after 1 hour. If you wish to restore the meeting and un-mark it for deletion, you can do that. Opening the meeting history page for a meeting and clicking "Restore" will stop the deletion, generate notes, follow-up materials and ATS updates.
