How to Manually Link a Contact

This article will explain how to manually link a completed meeting to a contact record inside of your ATS/CRM

Caution: You must have your integration connected before these steps.

 

1. Log into Quil:

  • Start by logging into your Quil account. Once logged in, you'll be directed to the overview page.

2. Open your completed meeting

  • Find the completed meeting you want to link to a contact, and click on the arrow to the right
    • A completed meeting is any meeting that has a duration specified.

3. Select your contact

  • From inside of the completed meeting, under 'Summary' on 'Record Name' click on 'Select an option'
  • From this dropdown menu you can search for the contact using on of the following
    • Full Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email

After finding the contact you can select one and wait for the linking to process.

Note: Depending on your integration, only one of the 3 will work.

Tip: Please make sure that you are inputting the contact's information the same way it is inside of your integration.
