This guide will walk you through the steps to set up voice biometrics in Quill, ensuring a seamless and secure experience when using the platform.
Step 1: Log into Your Quill Account
- Begin by logging into your Quill account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the homepage.
Step 2: Access Your Profile
- On the homepage, locate your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down menu, select Profile.
Step 3: Navigate to Call Preferences
- Within your profile settings, scroll down to find the Call Preferences section.
- Under Call Preferences, you will see the option to Record Voice Biometrics.
Step 4: Start Recording Your Voice Biometrics
- Click on the Record button next to the voice biometrics option.
- A prompt will appear with text that you need to read aloud for the recording.
- Click Start Recording to begin capturing your voice.
Step 5: Read the Provided Prompts
- While the system records your voice, read the provided prompt aloud.
- After completing the prompt, click on Finish Recording.
Step 6: Review and Confirm Your Recording
- After recording, you can listen to the playback to ensure the quality of the recording.
- If you're satisfied, click Next to proceed.
- If you need to re-record, click Retry and follow the same steps to record again
Step 7: Complete the Second Recording
- The system will prompt you with a second passage to read.
- Repeat the recording, reviewing, and confirming process as before.
Step 8: Finalize the Setup
- Once both recordings are completed and approved, Quil will confirm that your voice biometrics have been successfully updated.
- You will see a confirmation page indicating that the setup is complete.
