Zoom Phone Integration

Quil offers an integration with Zoom Phone. By connecting your account, you allow Quil to link your recorded call and have notes automatically pushed into your ATS/CRM. No more note-taking!

How to Setup

Setup of the Quil for Zoom Phone integration requires only an active Zoom Phone account with login details. 

Navigate to the Quil Integration page and scroll down to the VOIP section. There you will find a tile to connect your Zoom Phone. Clicking "Connect" will prompt you to authenticate with Zoom. After the page loads back to Quil, you will be integrated with Zoom Phone.

Using the Integration

After connecting your Zoom Phone account, Quil will be notified of any calls that have been recorded and will process them. Quil can only process calls that have been recorded in Zoom Phone.

Call Processing

After a call has been received by Quil, the data will be processed, linked, and uploaded your  database records. When using the integration all database (ATS, CRM) records are linked via phone number automatically.

Disconnecting the Integration

To disconnect the Quil integration, please navigate to the Quil integrations page and scroll down to the VOIP section. There you will see Zoom Phone with options to either disconnect the integration.
