What are Database Fields?
Database Fields are all specific fields that you would like filled out in your ATS/CRM system.
Quil will use the information from the transcript to try and generate responses for your database's fields.
How to find Database Fields
To find database fields, you must open a completed call. Database fields will only show as an option if the call has already been linked to a contact.
Database fields will be the second tab.

How to use Database Fields
Database Fields will show you a list of available fields to fill out according to the fields made available by your ATS/CRM, the fields available specifically to the selected contact.

From the database fields we can see Quil's recommendations:
The text that is Red with strikethrough is what is currently inside this contact's fields and what Quil would like to remove.
The text written in Green is what Quil would like to put inside the field.
By hovering over each field you will have the option to edit what the green text is by clicking on the pen icon.

After selecting on the left side which fields you would like to update, you can click "Save and Update" on the top right to update your contact's fields.
How to disable specific Database Fields
By default, Quil will attempt to populate all Database Fields in your ATS record. This may not be appropriate for cases where the field is ambiguous or intended to be filled out manually or by someone else. You can select what fields you wish to have Quil automatically populate, using the ATS Configuration menu from the Integrations page.
Please note that changes to the ATS configurations are done on a per user level. Changing a configuration option for one user will NOT effect the rest of the team's settings.
