This article explains how to access: Meeting Types, Follow-up Material, Database Notes, and Script.
1. Login:
- Begin by logging into your Quil account.
2. Settings:
- On the homepage, click on the gear icon to access the general settings, then select the 'Meeting Types' tab.
3. Meeting Types:
- From here you can see all of the meeting types currently on your account.
Edit Meeting Type
1. Title/Activity Type
- After clicking on the pen icon on a meeting type, you will have the option to name the meeting type and define it's activity type inside of your ATS.
- Click on the Purple button in the top right "Save and Continue" to go to the Document Generation Templates.
2. Script
- This page is not based in AI, here you will write out the script you want to use in the call.
- Click on the Purple button in the top right "Save and Continue" to go to the Summary Page
3. Notes
- In this page you can write out the prompts that will be used to generate your notes. These are the notes that will be sent over to your ATS.
- Click on the Purple button in the top right "Save and Continue" to go to the Meeting Type Script.
4. Follow-up Matrial
- In this page you can write out your prompts using the document generation rules, each page will generate an individual document at the end of the call.
- Click on the Purple button in the top right "Save and Continue" to go to the Note Categories Templates.
5. Summary
- Here you will see a basic summary of the meeting type.
- Click on the Purple button in the top right "Finish" to finish and return to your meeting types.
