JobDiva Integration

Quil offers an integration with JobDiva. By connecting your account, you allow Quil to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

Where the notes go

When submitted, notes will appear in the “Notes” section on the Candidate or Contact record

How to Setup

Setup for the integration with JobDiva requires a few pieces of information. An API username, API password, Client ID.

A JobDiva API username/password can be created in JobDiva by a team leader under Settings / My Team / Add User. This is a regular User account, with user permission to access the API.

After creating a new API user, you must assign API permissions by navigating to Assign User Permissions and selecting "Only allow to access JobDiva API Calls".

After you have created the API username / password and have gathered the Client ID. You are ready to integrate with Quil. Navigate to your Quil's Team Settings / Integrations and select JobDiva / Connect. A form will appear where you can enter the details collected above.

Activity Types Supported

JobDiva note types are supported through Quil. For each meeting type you are able to specify the note type that notes will be labeled with.

When integrated with JobDiva, you can select from a dropdown menu the note type label you wish to be applied to your database notes.

Database Fields

JobDiva fields can be updated automatically or manually via Quil. Quil will take the information from your meeting and fill in the blanks on your records. Fields are pulled directly from your JobDiva instance so any supported user defined fields will be available in Quil.
