Quil offers an integration with PCRecruiter. By connecting your account, you allow Quil to link meetings and have notes automatically pushed into your existing records. No more copy and paste.

Where The Notes Go
When submitted, notes will appear in the “Activities” or the "Notes" section on the Candidate record depending on your integration settings.
Quil's PCRecruiter integration allows linking records with Candidates
What you Need
For Quil to connect to your PCRecruiter instance, we require API keys that can be created via 3Scale. 3Scale API keys will be used by Quil to interface with your instance.
Navigate to 3Scale and create a new account. After logging in, you can navigate to "API Keys" and create a new API Key.

Take note of the Application ID and API Key as you will need it for the next step to integrate.
3Scale API keys can be shared across your team, but you can create multiple if you'd like.
How to Setup
Setup for Quil's integration with PCRecruiter requires a Login username and password, as well as a Database ID. The Database ID can be found on PCRecruiter by navigating to "Settings" -> "API" -> "API Settings"

Activity Types Supported
PCRecruiter activity types are supported through Quil. For each meeting type you are able to specify the activity type you would like your Quil notes labeled with. When integrated with PCRecruiter, you can enter the activity type you wish to be applied to your database notes.
Database Fields
PCRecruiter Candidate fields can be updated automatically or manually via Quil. Quil will take the information from your meeting and fill in the following records
- Current Job Title
- Current Annual Salary
- Desired Annual Salary
- Relocation Preferences
